The Arch – A Green Arc of Climbing Plants and Flowers.
From ancient times to the present day, the arch has been a symbol of nobility and style in garden landscaping.
An entrance highlighted by an arch is magnificent, or an arch for an exterior on a green lawn, for photos, or simply for relaxation. Arches have always captivated us.
For your dream of a beautiful arch to come true, even if you already have one, you need to select the right plant for it, maintain it, water it, and prune it to achieve the desired shape. And with all this effort, the problem is that you will have to wait years for it to grow and for the arch to be covered with lush vegetation.
Artificial grass panels for walls solve this problem very quickly.
In half a day to a full day, your arch can be covered with artificial plants that are extremely realistic and indistinguishable from natural ones. Our artificial leaf panels are UV protected and will not change for years. They will remain the same as if you installed them yesterday, fresh green and unaltered. Low temperatures and wind do not affect them during the cold months.
How to Cover an Arch with Artificial Leaf Panels?
- Measure the circumference of the arch’s pillar. If it is over 50 cm, connect two artificial greenery panels to create a strip of 0.50m x 1m. Prepare such strips for the entire arch. The plant branches should all face in one direction.
- First, place this strip on the base and see how much remains, then cut it to size. The strip you are using to cover should always be significantly larger than the circumference. Artificial grass does not bend at a perfect right angle but remains slightly rounded. Before cutting each strip, carefully measure its length by first placing it on the arch. Cut with a utility knife or strong scissors.
- Secure them to the arch with zip ties, as well as the ends of the panel strip in a loop.
- Begin installing the first strip from the middle of the arch at the highest convex part, placing and securing them sequentially one after another down to the bottom. Once one half is complete, continue from the top down on the other side of the arch.
- From the beginning, position the green panels so that the branches point upwards towards the sun, just like natural plants. Arrange them all in one direction.
- At the curves, overlap the panels on the inside, being careful not to leave a gap on the outside.
- Cut the last strip, near the base, to the required size.
Did it work for you?
We wish you a pleasant experience.
