DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

DELIVERY

Delivery of purchased goods is carried out by Samedy courier service under the following conditions:

  • You receive free delivery with your purchase.
  • Delivery is made to the buyer’s address specified in the order.
  • Delivery is made the next day for larger cities and on schedule, every other day for smaller settlements.
  • You will receive advance notification from the couriers about delivery via Viber or, if you don’t have Viber, via SMS.
  • You always have the option to inspect the package.

If your delivery is delayed and the conditions described above are not met, please write to us at evetasport@gmail.com.

If you wish to receive your order through another courier at their office, please specify this in the delivery address. Your package will be delivered through this courier to a convenient office for you.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can return your purchase at any time. To return one or more items purchased from us, it is mandatory to provide the original receipt or invoice issued at the time of purchase.

At Eveta Sport, it’s easy to return an item if you change your mind – contact us at evetasport@gmail.com.

We will refund the amount for the returned order or returned parts of it minus 20 leva, with no time limit for returning products purchased from us.

For this purpose, you need to provide the number and holder of a bank account, along with a copy of the invoice or receipt for your order. Amounts are refunded within 1 week after receiving the returned items.

CONDITIONS

Returned items must be new, unused, and in commercial condition.

Please note:

  • If you return an item that is damaged or used in a way that significantly reduces its value, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.

  • If you prefer Eveta Sport to organize the transport, you can contact us at evetasport@gmail.com. The Customer Service department will send an inquiry to the courier company we work with and will provide you with a price for collecting the items from your order at your address.
  • You can also return part of the items, the conditions are the same.
