Your order is merely an offer to purchase from us.
Nothing we do or say will constitute acceptance of your offer until you receive an email notifying you that we have prepared and dispatched the items to you. At that moment, a contract will be concluded between you, as the buyer, and us, as the seller, for the sale of the items you have ordered.
Once the contract is concluded, you cannot modify your order (however, you may cancel or return it after receipt, as stipulated in our Shipping and Returns Policy).
At any point before the contract is concluded, we may refuse to deliver the item you ordered. If this occurs and you have already paid for your order, we will refund the full amount of the order in accordance with our Shipping and Returns Policy.
We strive to ensure the availability of our full assortment at all times and will notify you if an item is out of stock. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to ensure the delivery of a specific item, we shall not be held liable to you.
We are responsible for refunding your money if you pay by card or bank transfer and do not receive your order, in the manner and within the timeframe described in the Shipping and Returns Policy.
WARRANTY
We offer a 5-year warranty period from the date of purchase for all items.

Send us an email at evetasport@gmail.com and attach a photo of the defective item. Please also include your order number to reduce the time required to process your request.
Please note that any complaint must be filed as soon as possible from the moment you discover the defect/problem.
If Eveta Sport approves the submitted complaint, we will cover all costs associated with the original order or offer you a replacement for the defective item.
